If you are a teen who likes Gay YA, we want to hear what you have to say. You are the most important voice in this conversation.

If you want to write a single post, please see our submission guidelines. If you don’t have any previously published work or know what you want to write about, that’s OK. Please get in touch! Just tell us a little about yourself, and what you’re interested in re: Gay YA. We can help you work something out.

If you’re interested in becoming a regular contributor, you’ll need to either write one post for us, or have a good chunk of previously published work we can take a look at. Being a regular contributor means being able to generate quality posts on a regular basis, and without much input from us. We’ll talk about the topics you’re thinking of, but then it’s up to you to get it written and sent to us.

Don’t think you can write a full post, but still have something to say? There’s an opportunity for you, too! We’re starting up a new series of posts co-written by several teens. They’ll be monthly topics, and everyone will put in a paragraph or two of their opinions on the topic. We’ll also be rotating who writes on what topics, so you most likely will not be involved every month. We haven’t started this yet, but it will be up and running soon– so get in touch now!

Must be 14-18 years old.

If any of this sounds interesting to you, please email me at victoria@gayya.org.

Note: If you’d like to write a full post/be a regular contributor AND take part in the co-written series, that’s totally good with us! Also know that our Review Team is totally open to you.
